Dementia Home Care Author Featured on Assisting Hands of Potomac’s Book Chat

Patricia Dubroof welcomes guest who talk about some aspect of caregiving for our aging population in her podcast Book Chat. She invited me to speak to her audience.

We discussed my journey from having zero medical background to becoming a full-time family caregiver. I shared practical advice, creative caregiving hacks, and emotional coping strategies and what it was like to go from a caregiver to an author.
